Most agents act solely for and on behalf of the seller after all that is who is paying them so the more the house sells for the more commission they make, they do not represent you !!
From the outset we make it clear that we act in the best interests of both parties therefore making sure everyone gets the best deal.
We do not work on commissions so getting a higher price for the seller does not cloud how we promote or price the property.
Unlike other Estate Agents we can for a small fee represent you at any property that is for sale irrespective who has their sign on it acting as your “Buyers Representative” making sure you get the local knowledge you require to make an informed decision on what you buy and how much you pay.
